Wibblywobbly
I make a lot of milk jelly, as often only way of getting milk into the kids. But initially daunting to use but overall really happy and it’s suitable for vegetarians! Will buy it again!

Perfect
I bought this to make thick shakes like McDonalds.Just the job but beware it takes 1 to 1.5 teaspoons per litre of milk otherwise as I found by trial & error it can easily end up like wallpaper paste!

Wow, I never thought I'd be reviewing xanthan gum
Wow, I never thought I'd be reviewing xanthan gum, but here I am! This stuff is like magic powder - sprinkle a little in your recipes and watch it work wonders. I swear, it's like the Houdini of ingredients. One minute your soup is a watery mess, and the next minute it's thick and velvety smooth. It's like the David Blaine of the kitchen. And don't even get me started on how versatile this stuff is. You can use it in everything from gluten-free baking to homemade salad dressings. It's like the Swiss Army Knife of ingredients. You never know when you'll need it, but when you do, you'll be glad you have it.Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with this xanthan gum. It's vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free, so even my health-conscious friends can enjoy it. And 250g of powder in a recyclable container will last me a while. I may even start carrying a little packet of it for thickening emergencies. Don't judge me; you never know when you'll need to thicken up your coffee on the go!

Great product
Easy to use and makes such a difference to getting jam to set that is often tricky, like strawbwerry.
