Just buy it.
I love this stuff. I introduced it to my sister and now she is entranced with it's delicious flavor, and is a staple in her spice closet. Love it on salads with blue cheese, pears or apples, dried cranberries, and chopped nuts. Yummy. Even to put drop on the finger to taste, it is a pleasure.

Best balsamic vinegar ever!
This product is so hard to find in stores. It may seem a bit pricey but a few drops is all you need and it lasts a long time. I use it in place of salad dressing, sometimes with a little olive oil. It is delicious!

Very good
Though the second ingredient is cane sugar which I usually avoid this reduced balsamic is delicious - good texture and delicious taste. If the sugar doesn’t put you off I highly recommend it.To the manufacturer - please replace cane sugar with coconut sugar or another healthier sugar or reduce the amount or better yet - delete sugar altogether.Thank you!

MYRIAD OF USES
The (lambrusco, sangiovese & trebbiano) grapes are grown in the Modena region of Italy. They ferment in oak barrels. The added citrus from ORGANICALLY grown fruit, give it just the right amount of tartness. Personally, I'm not a fan of the squeeze bottle, (I'd prefer glass.) but it does make it easy to drizzle over food.

Delicious
I have been using and reordering this citrus vinaigrette since my daughter got me some for Christmas 2020. Absolutely delicious. I also enjoy the thyme flavor. Highly recommend!

Bottles are not tamper proof!
Happy New Year!I love your product. I love your dedication to reduce green house gas emissions by conserving on packaging materials; however THE most important part of the packaging ( the top seal ) is not adequate to be considered tamper proof. I opened my bottle and the seal was ‘intact’ but there was an edge of the seal that was very weak ( the seal barely covers the lip of the bottle. It would be easy for air to enter or vinegar to exit. It would also be easy for a homicidal maniac to add a nefarious ingredient to the bottles just because the bottles are an easy target for tampering. I am shocked that there is not even a simple paper sticker/seal applied to the outside of the bottle to prove the top has not been turned open prior to customer use. It behooves the company to make this right. A lawsuit from a customer that died because of spoiling or tampering looks bad for any business. As an experiment in human stupidity I drizzled some on my dinner tonight. If I die or get sick the company will be hearing from my wife’s attorney…
