Buy it if you want to increase grip and finger strength. Quality is ok, but it does the job.

Good product for doing finger excercise.

The build is pretty good. The equipment is helpful in strengthening the fingers. I am not a musician but I have to work at a computer for long periods of time. This has helped me to relieve any cramp pain as such. Definitely try it out if you are experiencing pain or in general some discomfort in your fingers.

The media could not be loaded.  This product is good as seen by prospective. use this product on daily basis. It's good for climbing purpose, if you use computer for typing purpose and you feel stressed aftter using keyboard or and you want to relax or increase endurance of fingure by few more time , you can use this fingure hand grip. This product is helpful for students also who do work at last day of vacation just like me. I used this product for more than 3 months per day no complaint about it.

This is the first time I have gotten something like this. I needed this to improve my finger strength for playing guitar. So far it's working fine for me. It is nice that they have provided the option to adjust the resistance provided by each cylindrical piece. I felt it was a tad bit costly at the given price though.
