Didn’t fit my vacuum even though it said it would. I ended up sending it back and trashing my vacuum because I couldn’t find a replacement part anywhere!

check your model number. only order if it says your model #. kind enough to give a refund even though when ordering it said could not be sure it is the right part. it was the right part, but wrong size for my model

Well, folks, I gotta be honest. I goofed up and ordered the wrong undercarriage for that vacuum cleaner from Amazon, based on what information I had. After that I went to the Bissell website and finally found the right part. So what did I do with the one I got from Amazon? I attached it to my 'cello case, and it works perfectly! For those of you who don't know what a 'cello is, it's a big fiddle that you play between your knees. And rolling one is a heck of a lot easier than carrying it! 😀

This product is brought up when searching for the replacement for a 2494 model but it does NOT work.

Made my life a little easier being able to get this part. Way cheaper than a new machine. I understand the pricing too, the seller has to make some money here, so that was okay. Not like it busted the bank. Just glad it was available, and I didn't have to acquire a new machine.

Used bissel part number and got this. Was too large for my model even though I used model number also. A little plastic surgery and it fit fine. Vacuum works fine. That is only reason for 3 stars.
