This isnt a cheap quality product. Looks great, sturdy, and fantastic quality. Very impressed with it and only took a few minutes to put it together. Really recommend it.

This chair is one of the best I have ever sat on

This is my 3rd chair in many years. My first lasted me at least 15 years, and was super. The second, to begin with was fine, and then I kept "going down" when sat on it and no matter amount of setting it back, nothing helped. This chair, stays in one position and never moves. Is particularly useful when cleaning as arms lift up to go under any surface. Reasonable price too, well done.

The chair arrived today, easy to put together took about 10 mins, works fine, but there are marks all over the black resin parts of the chair, it’s not packed well at all in the box, and the parts are just moving around and banging together and creating the damage….not good when I wanted in my sitting room, ok if you are using in the workplace or factory setting, but just in terrible condition…..☹️

The chair came with clear instructions for its assembly. This was quite easy apart from the arms which need about 3 hands to get fitted. The seat is firm but as I am not a 'Game-Player', I don't spend hours in the chair so this is not an issue.Overall, good value for money.

I bought this because it appeared to be very suitable as a replacement for an old dining chair by my desk.The easy to follow instructions allowed me to assemble the base, seat and arms quickly and easily. At this stage the chair seemed to be a good, solid, well made product and I was pleased.Unfortunately, when I tried fitting the back to the arms it was immediately obvious that the parts didn't fit because the some screw holes didn't line up properly, on one arm the hole was about 5mm out and the other 2mm out. I realised it was possible to remedy this by spending a long time carefully sawing and filing the ill fitting parts.The finished chair is now very good. My wife sat in it and immediately proclaimed that she wants one. I'd be very reluctant to buy another one, if I'd realised the work involved in putting it right then I would have sent it back.Before you buy one of these ask yourself 'Do I feel lucky?'.

The material is quite comfortable but required a lot of work to put it together and some parts don't seem to fit very well. The height adjustment is very minimal and too low for a standard desk. Too troublesome to return as the gas lift is difficult to remove after installing, I would not recommend this.
