Not for professional use
The color is great because it differentiates them from other technicians parts trays. The major drawbacks are they are extremely small and don't hold a lot of hardware and the magnets are actually kind of weak as well not really holding the hardware is tightly to the tray as many of the larger ones would. When I say they are small I mean the smaller ones are a little smaller than a pack of cigarettes the larger one is roughly the same with but just a little longer than a pack of cigarettes maybe equal to a dollar bill in size. Great for home use but definitely not suitable for an industrial mechanic.

Magnet doesn't have strong holding power
Magnet could be stronger.If item is full and gets knocked off whatever is attached comes off and scatters everywhere.Very inconvenient!

Trays themself are not magnetic
I like that the color on these makes them stick out. I also like having a lot of little trays to separate things rather than everything in one big tray. So for those reasons I like these trays, and am generally happy with them. The only thing that disappoints me is that the trays themself are not magnetic. They seem to be a non-ferrous metal tray with a magnet or two on the bottom. I had kind of thought these were more about the magnetism of the trays themselves than the fact that they can be stuck to things. I don't need to stick parts trays to things as much as I need my parts to stick in the trays. I can still use these, but I like my bigger parts trays better I suppose, since with them the trays themselves are magnetic...
