I wanted to try out silicone makeup applicators after seeing them all over the internet. I finally decided to give them a try and I am so glad I did. The silicone applicators allow me to use way less liquid foundation than I was using before, since they don't absorb the makeup like the sponges do. The sponges were ok, however I am a huge fan of the real Beauty Blender sponges for my under eye concealer and these sponges didn't impress me the way my Beauty Blenders do. After I use to silicone applicators, I do use the sponges in this set to press the foundation in, since the applicators don't rub it in as well, but the sponges are firmer than Beauty Blenders, so they set the foundation nicely without absorbing too much of it.

I heard so many negative things about the silicone "sponges", but they are so much better than the beauty blender! I still use the blender, but the silicone sponge is my go to now! Make sure to use a small amount of product when you use the silicone sponge, a little goes a loong way! The tear drop silicone sponge is perfect because it fits perfectly with the contour of your eye, I was shocked how close I could get without getting it in my eye. But the best part of the silicone sponge, is how hygienic it is! AMAZING SERVICE!!!! My package came a day early and I paid got regular shipping. As for the product, the silicone sponges REALLY work!!! no lie I just needed to use a pump and a half for my whole face and they're super easy to clean. No more wasting time,water, money and certain cleaners to clean your foundation brushes or beauty blenders. The beauty blenders are a bit hard, but not too hard if that makes sense, but it still works. They do you have a not super weird smell, but they have a smell, but it goes away after a minute or so. Plus the cost of the 3 silicone sponges and 2 beauty blenders was worth the cost; since some beauty blenders cost from $5-$20 and they end up ripping. Hope this helps anyone.

The face of the silicone sponges is a nice size and soft, but the plastic on the edges is really sharp! Like there is an overhang where the silicone was stamped together at the seam. My makeup and serum gets caught in there and a few times it felt pretty rough on my face. I might try to cut off the overhang because I do like the sponges. Hope these pics help.

Huge fan of the clear silicone sponge for applying foundation and concealer. I love my it cosmetics foundation complexion brush but this sponge is a close second. I love how I don't lose any product to the brush or other typical sponges. All the product goes on me, nothing is absorbed. It leaves a nice even appearance. I'm not a fan of the pink and black sponges from the set but that's because i don't like that kind of sponge. Others love them. They absorb too much product. I will use them for blending blush to contour. All in all its a lot of pieces for a great price.

It's a good buy. You just have to get used to the silicone sponge...i ddnt have ang problems on it. The best thing about it is u can clean it right after and be sure thay it's really clean. This is is a good buy coz if u get frustrated with the silicone sponge, the beauty blender is there for you to use. 😊

The beauty sponges suck . They are too hard & don't expand when you wet them like they should . So when your dabbing your foundation & whatnot , it doesn't evenly blend the product .As the for silicone products , they work . They are good at using less product & evenly moving it around your face . But I still use my old beauty blender ( not the one that came in the packaging ) to blend it into my face .Again , the beauty sponges the come in this pack SUCK .

When the package arrived only 4 of the 5 items where in package. The black sponge was missing. would like to have the Black one also
