I had tried dozens of red light units as well as cold lasers to help fibromyalgia pain. Not one of them workedso I had very low expectations when I bought this product. OMG!!!! Within 10 minutes I felt a warmth and a release that almost scared me. I have been in agonizing pain following an injury 6 weeks ago. Couldn't sitor stand without grimacing in pain. No sleep. Very irritable and depressed. After 10 minutes of using thisunit, the pain just disappeared. I was so shocked I couldn't believe it at all. Then I tried it on my 15 yr oldMaltese who hadn't been able to walk well or jump on the bed because of his arthritis and the NEXT dayhe was running around like a puppy and jumping up and down. I was flabbergasted! The last thing I didwas try it on my very overweight Shitzu who was also having lower back issues. I treated him for 10 minutesand he ran out into the yard. He jumped on the bed!!! He hasn't done that in a year. I'm still in shock.My shoulder and knee pain go away immediately after using this for 10minutes. I don't know what miracle made this happen, but all I can say is Thank You God. Please consider trying this out. The company will let you return the product way past the Amazon return window.. i can recommend this light as it does work if you use good batteries.. i just bought it. so i cam recommend it. i have used the light and i really like it as i use it every day.

I was unhappy about a couple of things.If product quality, effectiveness, and customer service are important to you, this is worth the investment.After expressing my disappointing experience, customer service immediately reached out to me to make things right. For some people, the product alone is what is important; to me, customer service is the icing on the cake on a product that I am considering.Customer service could not have been more responsive and intent on changing my experience and converting me into a happy customer. To me, this has always meant a lot through the years. Call me old fashion, but I would rather pay slightly more for a product with good customer service than a lower price with crappy CS.With this device, you must be persistent in applying the therapy you need on the area you are treating. The only “problem“ that still remains for me is that (for my ears and, unfortunately, lower quality of hearing) the beeping sound at the end of a three minute session is not loud enough if I am applying it to the backside of my body. The front side (i.e. knees, hands, etc.) is not a problem because you can see the light go off. So, what I do is pay attention to the clock.I have been informed that new updates are coming to this device, one of which is an extended time of five minutes per treatment. This will make a big difference, at least for me. The battery does get a little hot, so that is something to watch out for and be careful with.Thus, I am updating my review to five stars as I am truly impressed with this merchant.Bear in mind, that to get the results you want with red light therapy you must be persistent; one or two applications will not do. Also, do the research on red light therapy; it is science-based and it works.Satisfied Customer ************Several months ago:Perhaps I had bad luck two times. It appears other people that are using this item are happy with their results.When I received my original purchase this item, before opening, I could tell that everything inside of the box was rattling badly. Therefore, it did not surprise me when the protective glasses (rather on the cheap side) were scratched up. Everything in the box was loose; nothing was held in place.Upon getting my replacement, I had high hopes that this device would do a good job. Sadly, I really saw no change , even with consistent use.Also, as commented by many other customers, the light only stays on for three minutes. That does not *appear* to be a big deal. However, if you are holding it out of sight, on an obscure area of your body (i.e. like your back), you have no idea that it has turned off unless you are staring at a clock. The “warning beeps” are not loud enough to alert you.In addition to it being ineffective, for some reason, one of the lithium batteries (two come in the package) would overheat when the device was in use; Super hot, making it hard to even hold. To make matters worse, the other battery would quickly drain its charge when used.Again, it could be that my two shipments were defective but I began to wonder if I was merely holding a red flashlight to my skin with batteries that overheated, or quickly lost their charge. 🤷‍♀️ No sé.Tried it twice; got it at a good price on a flash sale (70), but if it doesn’t do its job, AND dangerously overheats, then it is not worth that price either. 🙁👎

Only used a few times in a year and half. Took battery out to charge and it no longer works.

these batteries had to have been old because they won't even charge i brought this in june and it's the end of November and they won't charge the light stays red what a waste of money now i have to see where i can buy the battery and in the book all they say is get 18650 but there are numerous not specific. so sad i just brought a new battery charger and got it today on 1-14-23 and ccharged the charger says fully charge the the item I pay for was not cheap so that means i have lost over $100 PEOPLE DON'T BUY ITEMS FROM THEM AS THEY MAY BE NOT WORKING OR ONLY LAST UP TO THE DATE THAT I HAD TO TURN IT INTO AMAZON. NOW I AM OUT OF OVER $100. BEING ON SOCIAL SECURITY IS NOT A TIME TO LOSE MONEY.

I’ve been waiting to review this IRL torch as I thought it only appropriate to use it for awhile before giving my thoughts. I’ve had it for a couple months and it does work. I have a broken wrist that I’m recovering from and this two treatments one on the top and bottom reduced inflammation and swelling. I also used it on my dog as he had some sort of skin issue on his nose that has persisted for about a year. After two week of using it on his nose it began to clear up and heal. I couldn’t believe it. Nothing has worked on his nose thus far.

Broken already after few use.7/21/2022. This is additional review. I am happy about this company customer support. They contacted me and make things better. I liked this product and I was so sad when the product got problems. But I am happy using this product again and the customer service was very nice.

To be honest, I received it a couple days ago, so it’s a little hard to say if it’s working or not. My place of employment uses laser therapy for pain relief and after surgery procedures, so I know it works. I purchased it to be used on my pet. I purchased a different brand of laser therapy a couple years ago actually made for pets but the treatment time was 15 minutes and my dog didn’t have the patience to wait it out, this tool is set on a timer of 3 minutes, so a much shorter treatment time.Edit: So after having the Rotsha Red Light Therapy Device, the company of the device was nice enough to reach out to me, to make sure all was good and etc. I will continue with the laser therapy on my pet in believing it has some relief, with also the help of pain meds too.
