Just what I needed
My old strike plate broke in the middle. Could not find them anywhere. Found them on Amazon and they work like a charm. Perfect fit.

I rigged the largest one so that it allows the door to shut.
Long story short, my brother raged and broke the antique rectangle thing that was used to latch the bedroom door shut. As you can tell, I am not a carpenter. This rectangle box-like structure was built into the door jamb so the wood was like an inch from the door, so I was having problems finding something like this an inch or so deep. These were too short, HOWEVER... I had some boxes laying around, so my nephew and I tore off the flaps, folded them and fit them behind the plate between the two screws. We managed to get the plate out far enough that it caught the door and we were finally able to shut it.Rigged or not, the door shuts and I am happy!

Not what described
in description it says there are 2 shims there is not. I pick this brand because it said it had shims

There are no shims included. Product description states that there are two shims included. Very disappointed.

Worked well for my storm door.

Deep strike plate
Nice deep strike plate. I needed a deep latch because of how my door is constructed. This worked out really well. I had also ordered some shims, but didn't need them in the end. Solid construction. I didn't use the included screws, I used longer, heavier duty screws that fit *just right*.

Perfect
They work exactly like they were supposed to. I ordered it because it came in 3 sized and I needed the smallest one, but couldn't find a small one for sale by itself. Ended up having to use the middle one so I was thrilled there were 3 sizes.

Guess I should have realized it comes with 3 strike plates but only enough screws to install one of them…
