Horrible Packaging but pretty product
The piece itself is very pretty and sturdy, just terrible packaging. The plastic didn't go around the whole ottoman in the box, styrofoam was literally GLUED to the pleather. The legs were half wrapped and bouncing all over the box, so they had chips in them. I initially ripped the box so I was afraid I couldn't return it, plus the color was so pretty... it's a little lighter than the picture. I ended up slowly rubbing the foam off the leather and eventually got it all off but it took well over an hour. The chips in the paint are not super noticeable because the metal underneath is also grey, I just hope it doesn't rust over time.
