I bought these sunglasses to replace my favorite glasses that broke. The broken pair are Not American Optics, but they did have something in common, that something being the glass lenses. When you put these glasses on, all you notice is the tint in color they provide and not that fact you are wearing something with lenses. There no problem with the fit. All of the sport sunglasses I have are lightweight and polarized, but at the end of the day you can sense that the plastic lenses are not truly clear. That feeling might come from the fact I tend not to spend much on sport glasses because I will naturally be more rough with them. Back to the AO glasses. Since there is no polarization you do not get the interference between electronic devices, this is a huge plus. When I say interference, find yourself a pair of polarized glasses, then find some electrical display, look through the glasses and rotate them, it will dim or go dark. Also, make sure you triple check your face for the right size, fit is always the key to a good pair of long lasting glasses. I did notice a small scratch on the frame most likely due to assembly. Overall I would buy again, and if my AOs suddenly break tomorrow, I will instantly buy another.

Aviators
They were loose fit and I had to have them adjusted to fit better at my local eye glass store. Otherwise I’m happy then compared to the last pair of mil spec aviators I purchased for almost $200.

Sturdy built galsses.
It's been years since I was able to wear just sun glasses. However, a couple of Cataract surgeries have worked well enough that I no longer have to wear glasses and am lucky enough to be able to go outside and brave the bright sunshine in a pair of sunglasses. Since I could not get the glasses at the clothing sales store on base I turned to Mr Google and found there. They are superbly built from sturdy equipment and are fine classes.You will not be disappointed if you purchase this item.

my flight instructor didn't want to give them back to me
I am a student pilot with almost 50 hrs of training and I showed these glasses to my flight instructor for approval. He kept going back and forth from his to these and his conclusion was that he liked mine better than his much more expensive glasses. I had to remind him to give them back at the end of our session... They were a little flat in the appearance and fit, but with a little adjustment they look very good.
