Quicker than a coat
Would prefer a webbing lead to a chain but it still works perfectly well ideal for use with a harness

Start using as a puppy so they will get used to it
Very nice to use when have to take fur baby out to potty in the rain. I only have 1 problem my fur baby is afraid of it...lol I may not get too much use out of it.
