2 types heavy duty steel for lights and dslr.Light duty for mobiles. Dont expect too much from this light to carry but doesn't fit in bag. Extend beyond 4 feet it turns shakey. This seller doesn't ship ball mount. So buy from another seller. Ball mount will make this flexible to compose your shot.
