Where do I start with this bag? I have been on the hunt for a diaper bag for quite some time. I started looking even when I was pregnant, knowing that one's diaper bag is probably one of the most used items a parent will ever have. Currently, I have about 5 high end diaper bags and 2 "baby name brand" bags from companies we are all familiar with. As a mother and organizing guru, I was so confused how other bags earned 5 star reviews only to get them in the mail after ordering online ( what new mom wants to go out shopping baby store to baby store with an infant?) only to find them anything but par. With that being said, this bag deserves a 5 start rating and has exceeded my expectations. Here's why you should buy this bag over all the others- and I mean cross body bags, those large purses that most women swear they can use as a diaper bag, all other back pack diaper bags, etc.1. The quality is superb. None of the previous pictures on the reviews did this bag justice so I have attached many different angles of this bag to ensure one is able to see the quality of the actual material. It is a linen look with a thick, durable, mom and dad friendly texture that will last for years to come.2. The comfort. This has the BEST support all around. The padding on the shoulder straps and the back of the bag makes you think "wait, why don't any of my other bags have this? No other companies have thought of the back padding and I love it! It may sound weird, but you'll find yourself wanting to wear the bag. No more dreading the painful shoulders and aching backs.3. You can load it up, yet it is still light weight. I am 115 lbs and 5'4 yet I wear this bag, it doesn't wear me. This is hard to find. It would fit any size person and it doesn't weigh you down.4. The organization is just perfect. It isn't cluttered with tiny compartments that we will never use. It has large compartments in all the right spots. Some highlights are a place for your phone (any size), insulated bottle holders, insulated side holder, a diaper wipes compartment with a magnet closing, a place to keep a laptop protected with padding, and other large zippered compartments.5. The zippers are of good quality and will last. After having read all other reviews of the "other bags" one of the most common complaint is the zippers not lasting and buyers having to send back the product in exchange for the exact product to only find the zippers not lasting yet again. What a waste of time- and money! With this bag, the zippers are durable. They also have two zippers that meet together on most compartments- genius! And the one large zipper with the two zippered flap is again, genius! I can unzip it with one hand. That's a win for any parent with their hands full!6. The accessories. How many times do we buy nice baby products only to realize the accessories are of way less quality than the actual product we are purchasing? So annoying! This company has thought of everything and definitely delivered. The changing pad is large. It fits my rather large, heavy 9 month old with no problem, even with some room to grow. The zippered bag that comes with this bag is also a bonus! Finally a solution to those blow out diapers that happen at the park (and that awkward moment of simply putting nasty clothes in a plastic bag back into your diaper bag. Yuck!)6. The size. Like I said before, this bag is just perfect in size. It can fit anything you want without losing it's shape. When you set it down on the floor, it keeps its shape and stays up firm so you can actually find everything. It isn't too big or too small which is exactly what any mom or dad needs. If you look at all my photos below you will notice just how much I was able to fit in the bag and it wasn't anywhere near maximum capacity. I even was able to add more items in this bag when I switched my old one out. It is just the perfect size for it's purpose.7. The price point. As a frugal mom, I try and find any way to save money in order to help support my family. Don't we all? If one were to do a quick look on Google and take the average cost for a diaper bag today, I am guessing it would be around 90-100$ and that is just for all generic baby brands. This price point is more fair and reasonable considering we are looking to purchase a stylish diaper bag, not pay an arm and a leg for a product that will get a lot of wear and tear.Overall, this is my new favorite product and is on my list of "must haves" to all other parents-to-be. Had someone told me about this bag sooner, I could have saved myself time, money, frustration, the trial and error process, and overall stress of simply needing a diaper bag that looks good and serves its purpose.Don't hesitate. So I have to update my review because Bagitalist is an amazing company with amazing customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and taken care of. I personally heard from the owner through email all through the holidays. We will always be a fan of this company.First off this is a really nice bag but has a few designs that didn’t work for me. First there is a lot of space for all of your child’s things along with your stuff as well. My issue is the new design of the wipes pouch. There is no way to open the pack of wipes through a a tiny slit. Ive tried many brands and the only brand recommend is Kirkland from Costco and sadly the closest Costco is 2 hrs away. Second design I was not fond of was the handles at the top. When they are connected it is impossible to access the main compartment. Last thing is all the reviews are at least 2 years old and the bag has changed since then. There is not key clip on the inside of the pocket where the bottles are located. I’m sure this bag works great for lots of parents but it just doesn’t work for me. It’s seems to be made out of great material but the wipes pouch is 100% a no go for me so I’m returning.

Ok I’ve been using this backpack for a while and honestly I do love it, but there are a couples cons I’d like to point out. It has so many compartments and that’s what I love about it, because then everything has its place. However, when you fill up each section and it’s being used as a diaper bag where you have different shapes and widths of things you can definitely feel the bulk I was on your back once you put it on and since the snack sections are in the front they tend to get squished the most. The other thing I’m not really happy about is the elastic used on the bottle sections is too stuff and it makes it pretty hard to get bottle in and out of that pocket. I’m comparing this to the $25 diaper bag I used to have before this. That bag shredded after about a year of use and this bag definitely seems to be beating it in durability. I’ve only had it for about 3 months, but I use it for 2 kids. 1 is 1 and the other is 1 month so I have a variety of items to put in a diaper bag and I didn’t want to carry more than 1 bag.

I absolutely love this bag, but love the customer service even more! We received the bag and loved everything about it - great quality and attention to detail, a ton of storage and all of the features we were looking for. The only negative was the chemical smell from the bag. Our little one wasn't due for several months, so I put the bag in the closet and figured that it would air out with time. Fast forward several months and it's almost time for our little guy to get here. I took the bag out of the closet and unfortunately, the smell was still there. I figured at this point, there wasn't much I could do, but I reached out to the company through email just to see if I had any options. They responded right away, apologized for any issue that I was having with the bag, and had a new one in the mail on its way to me in just a day or two. In the meantime, they kept in contact with me through email, letting me know when the new bag was shipped and when it should arrive. It actually showed up a day earlier than I expected, with a Thank You card attached from the owner of the company, who personally picked out my replacement bag. I honestly don't think that I've had a more pleasant interaction with a company in my life. The new bag is perfect, and smells just fine! I would definitely recommend this company. It was such a wonderful surprise to get this kind of service these days - truly special. Thanks, Bagitalist!!!

I’ve had this bag for a couple of weeks now and am so thankful for it! I switched from a tote style diaper bag to this book bag style and I’m loving it! I was needing something with space for 2 kids worth of stuff, including bulkier cloth diapers, and this bag has SO much room! My main complaint about what I had before was that there wasn’t enough separation for different items and only 2 poorly insulated pockets. Not a problem here! There are so many pockets and separate compartments to organize all my baby’s stuff but it still isn’t bulky. This bag has more insulated pockets than any other I found, and they use quality insulation! I was pleased to learn that there is a mesh pocket on the outside of the left side insulated bottle pocket-perfect for easy access to my keys and phone without having to unzip something. One of the best things for me has been the size of this bag. I’m only 5ft tall so alot of bags are too big for me. This one is perfect, though. It sits comfortably on my back without touching my bottom and allows me to have both hands free to do whatever I need to. Overall I’m very glad to have found this bag!My only complaint is that the straps are kind of short. It works out for me, but when my husband (at 5’10”) wears the bag, either the non-cushioned part of the straps or the plastic adjusters are in his armpit. So it’s not super comfortable for him.
