Bad Wrench
The wrench provided is of such poor quality that it stripped-out after one hung picture. This made the hardware useless because of no useable tool to secure.

The hardware was as described, but did not include the wrench. Without that you can’t use the t-locks.

In the description it says a t wrench was included. It did not include the wrench. Unless you already have that specific tool, the t-screws are useless.
