Great Quality & Appearance
Really like the appearance of the wood. Quality materials. Easy to assemble but requires patience. Would be better if it were a little wider to accommodate larger mugs. But overall very happy with it! 😁

Do not buy
So, this is going to sound crazy... but the hooks they sent had the holes in the wrong spot... see photo, notice how one on the left has holes positioned vs the hooks on the right... came with two correct hooks and the rest were all bad. Not that it mattered too much since the holes were poorly drilled in the wood anyway and not aligned. Plus, once I put coffee mugs on the two hooks that were good, it was obvious that this does not fit standard sized mugs, you need to buy mini coffee mugs. Lots of issues.

Hooks don’t line up
Product is okay for the price. The hooks don’t line up properly. Ended up doing one row at an angle and one row straight up and down. Works enough for my holiday mugs. Does not fit large mugs. Overall works well for my coffee car to display holiday mugs.

Looks fine once built
The holes were poorly drilled, which means that now some of the hooks are sideways. There's not enough space between hooks to fill it with large mugs, which means I can only use half of them. The shelf at the top isn't wide enough. Need I go on? If you're looking for a cute decoration for say, an AirBnB with small mugs, this would work for you. But for someone like me who needs a large cup of coffee frequently, it was lackluster.
