My baby has spread blood on his thin polyester crib sheet and spit up. It did not stain the mattress protector at all. It’s easily washable and dries well. It fits the mattress perfectly and is just the right thickness.

We bought this to go with his Graco memory foam bed. This thing has protected the mattress from bodily fluids and formula stains. It’s easy to wash, and we haven’t had a stain that hasn’t come out so far. We wash with Oxiclean baby as well, and tumble dry. Product has not stretched out too far, and fits mattress well. It’s easy to also put a sheet over. Perfect for a baby, and toddler. If this fits a toddler mattress (read descriptions for inches) I would suggest this for bed wetters!

Great pad to put over the crib mattress to help with leaks and to keep mattress clean. Easy to put on and soft and great addition to mattress and under the crib sheets. Fits well, washes well...well made item.

I bought this as a backup pad, and it has been both good and bad. The pad came out of the packaging smelling strongly of plastic, and the smell only faded slightly after being washed. I am a bit uncomfortable with my son breathing in these fumes all the time, which is why my daily mattress pad is organic without any plastics or vinyls. However, I needed a less expensive pad for temporary use for when I am washing the organic pad, and this one has served its purpose very well. For people who do not mind plastics, this fits the mattress well, seems to wear and wash well, and thus far, has protected the mattress from spit-up and poo (so it does its job! Overall, I believe this product has lived up to my expectations for it, and I would recommend it to others.UPDATED: It is now 2011. I just recently gave this mattress pad away, because it shrank to the extent that it no longer fit my crib mattress. My crib mattress is somewhat thicker than the average crib mattress, so I don't know if it would continue to fit a standard crib mattress after this much shrinkage. The mattress pad actually lasted a fair amount of time, and it was so inexpensive that I'm not disappointed, but my organic daily-use pad remains fully useful and the correct size, so I have bought another one of those for my second child instead of replacing this one with another cheap one.

I had purchased this to use on my dogs beds. They have occasional accidents, and rather than having to buy new inserts/new beds, I got these. Has made a huge difference. Saves me money and works great for my xl dog beds.

This is a good product when bought else where. They shipped this not in a box and the bag it comes in was mostly unzipped. I feel gross using this for my babies crib.

Este es el 2do que compro ya que me parece de buena calidad y sobre todo por que cumple la función de protejer el colchón atrapando los líquidos.Yo uso uno sobre el colchón y luego pongo un juego de sábana y cobija y sobre esto pongo otro cubre colchón con otro juego de sábana y cobija y así si mi bebé se moja por la madrugada sólo retiro el primer juego y abajo tengo otro listo para volver a acostar a mi bebé. Lo recomiendo!..
