Super time saving.
This was a gift for my sister who recently got into making croissants. She was very pleased with this cutter as her preparation time was just vastly reduced and her croissants will be uniform.

I made my third ever batch of croissants and was pleased with this cutter. It didn't quite cut through the dough completely but the triangles were very easy to separate.
