I know for new buyers it could be very hard to set, but trust me, once you know how it works you'll do it in seconds like me.To do this:1- Plug in the adapter and turn the switch on (that's it)2- hold the moon like you are holding water with your bare hands (hands below the moon).3- Make sure the magnet in the center between your hands (which is bottom and it's darker than the rest of the moon).4- make space between your hands so the magnet are not covered by your hands.5- get the moon above the center of the base around 5cm (make sure the base is turned on) .6- once you feel the moon is supporting it self on the base then slowly remove your hands and that's it!7- CONGRATULATION! you have a beautiful floating moon!I hope this will work with you.

Agree, it's a tiny bit struggle to get it floating but once u try it few times, you'll get hang of it. Once lit and floating, it's truly beautiful!

It absolutely does not work and it is very frustrating because it's a great concept but a complete waste of time. What sadness! If it had only worked!

Even though it's very difficult to set it up qt first however it looks and works great

Way too small for the price, it's very very tiny just enough space for a tiny succulent.That's not what I wanted so I returned it, but maybe it is what you want and if so then go for it it works perfectly and looks nice.

Very nice product. A bit tricky to set up, but once done, looks great.

This is definitely a want and not a need. But it is a have to have. It is super cool floating and spinning. Then when you turn on the light it goes back and forth between cool white and a warm glow. Definitely worth it. Note, it takes a little practice to balance it, but you can do it!
