You have to pull strings to make it 3D. It arrives flat. The problem is that it doesn’t stay erected even with candy in it

Meh, was just okay. You get what you pay for, not the best quality. This holds ALOT of candy but it doesn’t support the weight very well. The zip ties that you can secure it with ripped right out of the piñata. I personally wouldn’t order again or recommend unless you plan on only filling up maybe half way with candy

So, it arrives flat and has these pull instructions to open to form... One of the pulls didn't seem to work. It didn't feel very sturdy for a piñata until it was full of candy. The pull strings did their job but the final seemed to need a bit of help. Also, it wasn't very big (my fault for not reading).Even though it seems small, it does hold 1 5lb bag of that party mix/Piñata filler stuff.The one nice thing is it comes flat if you need to store it before the party.In the end, it did the job and the 4yo was happy and I'd buy again if I needed these colors and to hide before use... Otherwise, go to WalMart - even those are better quality.
