Works great, one slight issue.
Does what it's supposed to do. Funny thing is there have been times where I was using this and I began looking everywhere for the lens caps only to remember that its strapped across my chest. Old habits die hard I suppose. My only gripe is that while it holds 3 different sizes of caps, you can really only use either 2 or 1 at a time the way it's designed. If you have this thing facing one way, you have access to two different sizes while the 3rd size is pressed against your body rendering it inaccessible unless you take it off and flip it around. I have the 82/77/72 version and if you're using it with the 82/72 side, the 77mm side is inaccessible. Works great though.

its okey
product concept is great. but actually using it on the camera strap is kinda bulky in my own opinion. when you store your camera in the bag, just make sure that the cap holder will not be scratching or hitting your camera body, LCD or Lens. but overall, this product does what it says, holding the lens cap on the camera strap.

FotoTech Lens Cap Holder
This is a very convenient way for me to handle my lens caps when using my camera. I used to either put them in my camera bag or, when I choose not to use a bag, in my pocket; this process is really cumbersome, at times. I use this particular holder for my Canon lenses: 17-40mm 4.0L, 24-70mm 2.8L I, 85mm 1.2L II, and 70-200mm 2.8L IS II. If I had a complaint, and this is really stretching it, it would be about having to switch the holder to the other side when I use a different size; 2 sizes fit on one side and 1 fits on the other. It would be better if one side could accommodate all 3 designated sizes of lens caps or accommodate more sizes on one. wever (and I did say I was really stretching it), it is quite easy to detach and reattach the holder when I need the other side, depending on which lens I am using. And, it fits perfectly on my Black Rapids R-S Sport Strap. Actually, it looks really cool (BADASS) having the 2 holders on the strap. Just remember to secure the lens cap properly on the holder; it is sometimes a bit loose when it is not put on correctly.

Not the best. At least for me.
Tried to use it a couple times. But if it bumps against anything at all the cover falls off. Can't use it.

Practical cap keeper on camera strap vs the old cap on a string hanging off the lens
I was delighted to find this little gem, while browsing the photography section of Amazon.I never liked the older method of sticking a button on a string to the lens cap, and using the attached elastic ring at the other end to hold onto the body of the lens. It's annoying to see and hear the lens bouncing around in that set up.This lens holder is "threaded" securely into/around your existing camera strap, and it accommodates two lens cap sizes on either side, which clip on like on a camera body. You can only use one side at a time. I have lens at 58mm and 72mm diameter, so I needed two of these (as both these sizes are not on one cap), which I mounted on either side of my camera strap. You camera strap may look a bit dorky afterwards, but your lens caps will hold tight on them, and not be knowing around on a hanging string, or in a pocket, or worse, forgotten on a surface somewhere!

Not a secure connector
It works okay for controlled situations where you aren't going to lose your cap if it falls off (like at home, or in the car), but I would not trust this device in the field.

A useful item
My wife and I have often misplaced our lens cap (which is not cheap to replace), and I once scratched up the screen protector on my cell phone by placing the lens cap in my pocket. This lens cap buckle gives a convenient place to store the cap to prevent the types of problems above. I bought this for a 72mm lens, and the cap fits securely. It doesn't seem to make an audible click on both sides when you snap it on, so I had to poke and twist and bump it around before I felt like I could trust it not to lose the cap. After my unscientific experimentation, I feel safe with it.I suppose I'll update this review if I lose the cap off the buckle! Otherwise, assume no news to be good news.

It's also annoying on my camera strap and in my way
I got this hoping I would no longer lose my lens caps. Well it did not snap on tight enough to this and they just pop right off. It's also annoying on my camera strap and in my way. Hate it, wish I hadn't wasted the money
