LOVE THESE BOOKS.
Bought these books for my daughter who wanted to learn easy bread recipes. BEST PURCHASE EVER!!! She bakes from them all the time and the recipes are fool proof. So easy to do and the end result always turns out perfect. Highly recommend for new bakers.

Una técnica fantástica
Los libros de Steve Gamelin hacen referencia a su técnica de hacer pan "No knead". Es una técnica facilísima, con unos resultados buenísimos, incluso para preparar con niños. También se le puede seguir en su canal de Youtube.

Love these Books
I have almost everyone of Steves Books. My aim is to get them all. I've made Deli Rye numerous times because I can't keep them long because they get devoured. One of my Granddaughters said she will never eat store bread again. She absolutely love the Rye. I made the deli rye with awhile Grain Rye Flour and it came out fantastic. I'm a new Bread baker and if it wasn't for Steve's Videos and than his Books I won't be baking Bread. I have recommended this books to everyone both Family and Friends and anyone that will listen to me. If I can bake aBread everyone can. So if you're on the fence about purchasing these Books "do it" you won't regret it.Thx Steve and Amazon for offering these to all of us. Mary Lou :) :)

Steve Gamelin's videos are very well done and easy to follow
I recently discovered Steve Gamelin's "artisanbreadwithsteve" on YouTube. His has several videos demonstrating the "no-knead" method of making bread. Apparently, this technique has been popular since 2007 when Jim Lehey demonstrated his way of making bread in a Dutch Oven. Steve Gamelin's videos are very well done and easy to follow. He now has his cookbooks in print and are perfect accompaniments to the videos. He lists the items he uses and why he prefers them. He simplifies and explains each step, using the least amount of utensils, clean-up, and physical energy. I have not made any rolls, yet. I have made four loaves of bread, three using the "Turbo" method, and one using the longer method. They all have been perfect and even inspired my neighbor to make her first ever loaf of bread. I did buy, from Amazon, a Brod and Taylor proofing box to help my dough rise faster than 18 hours. I would recommend it to anyone who plans to make bread on a regular basis. It also helps when feeding sourdough starter.
