I find these really work, if I take them consistently every day, they do make my hot flushes shorter.

I was experiencing menopause symptoms, and found the hot flushes hard to cope with. I spoke to my doctor who advised me to take Black Cohosh and Red Clover together and thankfully it has worked to keep them at bay. The only thing I gave found is that, if I take the tablets late the hot flushes return straight away. So I make a point if taking them twice per day as prescribed.

Product arrived on time and undamaged. Cannot find in H&B stores any longer so needed to find online . I will use this supplier agin.

Now I'm not sure if these are working, I've already taken them for month or so, and I'm not having as many hormonal sweats throu the day as I used to, a friend recommended (Black Cohosh) as it helped with her menopause and her friend also sweared by it too.. Wasn't getting far with the gp so just giving this a go.. I've had no side effects and it doesn't mess with my medication either..

Well something worked and I think it’s these as I have used them before and when I stopped hot flush came back but once I restarted temperature regularised.

The tablets were quite pricey but I wanted to try them as they are a natural remedy for my symptoms. However I began to display severe fatigue so I had to stop taking them.They did work initially but the bad outweighs the good in my situation.

Amazon didn't like my first review so i'll try again!I find the tablets easy to take. The night day sweats have all but disappeared.I would recommend and have purchased more.

Not as described differant box had before definitely not the same as pitchure as in a white box and tablets are not as effective! Very annoying. Returning
