Vanna Belt: V-Sweat - Workout Belt - Increased Back Support - Waist Trimmer

I got this belt with the gel as a gift. I am 3 weeks postpartum from a csection and it has really helped! Not only can I see my stomach getting tighter, but it is really helping my posture. I only wear it about 3 hours or less at a time so I'm not over doing it. I cant get to the gym yet but I'm excited to see what this can do with working out.

It is thicker then I imagined..I wanted something thinner..it also pops open when you move certain ways

It works well at slimming and correcting posture during workouts. If you were hoping for a subtle and hardly noticeable belt then this wouldn't be it. But it's certainly effective at the job the support and trimming!

I wear it when I workout and it keeps me straight when doing exercises like squats and lifts. I can also wear it under a dress and it keeps my stomach in without constricting my breathing. 2 overlapping velcro strips make sure you're extra comfortable when in use. Will recommend to a friend!

I got it for after my baby was born I got 2 different ones 1st but Vanna belt its a perfect fit for me. I beem using it seem the labor and well see how it shapes for my results
