I was extremely pleased with this product. It truly does have no odor. It is very easy to use and it is very forgiving. If you get this sealant on the tile, you just wipe it off. Used to sponge applicator and it worked very well. I would definitely buy this product again. I don’t usually give five star reviews or get too excited about products, but I really did like this one and I feel it is worth the five stars.

This product is literally awesome! Works way better than hoped. Was extremely easy to apply on grout of new kitchen floor tiles using a foam brush. Worried about possible MCS reaction before use but the very very light scent went away quickly and was not an issue at all. Kitchen floor tile installers had their doubts and wanted to use some nasty commercial product. SOOOO glad we used Seal It Green instead and will brag about it to them when they come back in the spring to do the bathroom floor. Since applying, the grout still looks beautiful despite numerous spills and washes. Seller was great to deal with - very helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend this product and seller.

I had a troublesome block window in the shower that got wet daily. I re-grouted the block window with a thin-set, then brushed on 3 coats of 'Seal it Green Heavy Duty". Water absorption into the grout is no longer a problem. No odor to this product at all, it was super easy to apply, and best of all - it works! Highly recommend.

This spray on sealer is an amazing product! It went on easily, clean up was minimal, and the dry time was surprisingly quick. I had more product than I needed; big coverage area.

Updated because after just a couple weeks there is no barrier and anything that is spilled soaks into the grout. I was hoping this would be a great option with pets but not worth the money.I needed to seal my grout but I have small pets so I wanted something safe without any strong smells that actually worked. I cleaned my dark grey grout with a bleach cleaner and dried for 24 hours. I sprayed this sealer on full sections of my floor, grout and tile, and followed the directions by leaving it on for 10 minutes and then using a swifter type mop with a microfiber rag on it spread it out and wiped up any excess. I did this twice, the bottle says to do two coats. 4 days later water beads on both the tile and grout. Curious to see how long it lasts with regular wear and washing. But so far so good and no smell at all.

I bought this because I wanted something with low VOC to seal my bathroom floor grout. It had little odor and I got a good seal (passed the water test) after two coats. However, I was really disappointed in the coverage. The bottle says it will cover 100-200sq ft. My bathroom is less than 25sqft, and it took the full bottle to do the two coats. I contacted the seller's customer service via their website to ask if they had tested the product using application methods other than the spray bottle, which isn't very targeted. Unfortunately I got a pretty unhelpful reply. I really wanted this product to work out, but I've had to find an alternative product to seal grout in our other bathrooms.

I was told to seal the floor and I purchased your product. Sprayed it on, wiped it in and let it sit for over 15 minutes. I did do a second coat.Thank you. I will do it again in 6 months

Low VOC is perfect for indoors. Just applied it. Will try to do another review down the road.

Not sure if it worked as intended as it takes time to see how it goes, but it didn’t smell so points for that!

Edit: It's been a while now since I applied it and it's still keeping the staining away.I didn't use this on grout, I actually applied it to my white enameled cast iron kitchen sink instead. Why? That white enamel on the cast iron looks amazing in the kitchen but one thing I didn't count on was how fast it yellows and looks gross over time requiring me to furiously scrub it and even bleach it all the time as I think that the enamel is slightly porous or at least bumpy on a microscopic level and just all the food junk that ends up in the sink causes it to look bad over time. I'm hoping beyond all hope that this sealer can prevent this from happening or at least extend the deep clean intervals...I wasn't willing to use traditional grout sealer on it because I've used that stuff before in our stand up shower in the basement and I thoroughly did not enjoy the process as it was EXTREMELY toxic smelling, I felt like I took years off my life sealing that shower with the traditional aerosol stuff and I have not had the bravery to redo it again. This stuff, if it it works, is 1000% better... pretty much no smell at all, let alone a toxic smell... it sprays on no different than a mild cleaner. You let it sit for 10 minutes, wipe away the excess and give it another go... there is really no skill involved and it didn't change the appearance of the sink at all really, it might be SLIGHTLY shinier than it was before but that's it, or it could just be because prior to using the sealer I cleaned the heck out of it.If long term I don't notice any difference, I'll come back and update this review, but just based on my experience of actually applying it for now I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt and can say that applying this stuff is a dream compared to the other types of sealants.

This Seal It Green spray on grout sealer works exactly as advertised. I received the correct bottle with the spray top. The label is a little different than in the pictures, but it's still labelled as a tile and grout sealer. I used this product to seal the tiles on my kitchen floor as well as the tiles in my bathroom.In both cases, it has worked fantastically. It's easy to apply, I just spray a thin layer on a cleaned floor or wall tile. Whenever it comes to putting any kind of product on a floor I strongly suggest doing a small, inconspicuous area first to test for any unexpected reactions. But this product appears safe and gentle yet very effective.There are no harsh odours, which is great. It's best to do at least two applications or layers. There's is plenty of product left in the bottle for multiple applications. Following application, the floor and tiles in my bathroom feel a little different to the touch, but there is no sticky residue or any undesired effects. The floors and tiles are well protected, resist stains and are much easier to clean. It's a fantastic, easy-to-use product. Full marks from me!
