Exceptional grinding and polishing speed. Stonecraft discs are velcro backed and color coded. Recommended speed: up to 2500 rpm with a central water supply; up to 3000 rpm when dry. The suggested sequence for usage as below: Step A: #50 for very coarse grinding; Step B: #100 for coarse grinding; Step C: #200 for grinding; Step D: #400 for grinding; Step E: #600 for grade 1 polishing; Step F: #800 for grade 2 polishing; Step G: #1000 for grade 3 polishing; Step H: #2000 for grade 1 final polishing; Step I: #3000 for grade 2 final polishing; Step J: #BUFF for buffing (white for white stone, black for black stone). Stonecraft pads designed for good heat dissipation, pls. use lower rotation speed for softer stones like limestone.
