Q: There is no wires in the kit that connect to the tail light. Are the supposed to be in the kit?

What is the year of your cart? maybe you also have to buy a bucket harness to go with it , because 2008 and newer carts do not have the wiring for the taillights.

Q: Will this fit on my 2021 club car tempo?

Pretty sure it only works on Precedent

Not sure it should list the years it covers on the site. I liked it very much works great On mine.
