Fireplace was the dark brown and grey, very nice build. Everything so easy to fix in place and seems very strong. The actual electric fire is much bigger than most I’ve seen makes it seem more real. Flame effects are really nice and has four settings. Colours of flames nice and size of flames really good. Also when white led switched on adds effect. The mantle was the last piece out box and had big split in it. Used the pen they supply with fireplace and worked very well but still could be seen if you knew was there. Called their customer care line and the gentleman I spoke to was so helpful. Didn’t want the mantle returned or photos I had takenTo prove damage. He told me would order one right away and when I might receive item. Item arrived on time well wrapped and everything all ok. Fireplace and service was top notch. Thankyou for such a great experience.

Bought this fireplace after looking at lots of them , amazing value for the price, there was a small part faulty however seller set out straight away next day no problem the fire is really nice and really modern, easy enough to put together

Came in 2 boxes, fire and fireplace. Fireplace needed put together, we got someone to do it properly, lots of bits, but fits together perfectly. Absolutely beautiful! The fire has 2 settings, and you can alter the temperature, it's fan heat. It looks spectacular in place, very well made, very fast delivery, faster than notified, it came 2 days early, delivered and signed for with Ups.May update but as of it being made up today, and turned on etc and it's Summer, so not really required at the minute.

Easy to put together for a confident d.i.y er , looks lovely and it’s well built , gives off good heat and the led light adds that extra bit of wow . Bought as not buying logs anymore due to price increases.

Wow, I’m blown away by the quality of this product.I had been looking for weeks for an electric fireplace and ones I had seen were double if not triple the price.When I saw this one for a fraction of the cost of the others, I was expecting to see a product that reflected the big price difference, but I am so shocked.It’s easy to put together, I did it all on my own. It’s made from sturdy wood and the light just makes it look so much more expensive. Ot has different heat settings which I don’t really use but I have tried and it does kick out a great amount of heat. It also gives you the option to have the light on or off and you can dim the flame effect. 10/10, amazing product. Would highly recommend.

Really quick delivery - ordered Friday, delivered Monday! Comes in 2 boxes. Despite being MDF/coming flat packed, the fireplace actually feels really sturdy. Was quite straightforward to put together - took me just over an hour on my own. I will probably just use the fire for ambience rather than switching the heat on, but it does throw out a lot of heat if needed. The mood lighting above the fire gives it a real contemporary look. Overall, really pleased with it - it looks more expensive than it was, and finishes the room off nicely.
