On a black pair of mules I’ve worn often, the nude insole started peeling off. I really didn’t want to spend $30+ to repair them so I figured trying these would be a good alternative. I trimmed the insoles slightly to fit my shoes and they adhered great over the existing insole. I also like the felt-type material which helps prevent foot from slipping in the shoe when your feet sweat.

These insoles are quite thin so are best for lightweight shoes. They don't offer support in my opinion, so if that's what you're seeking, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. These to me (after viewing in person) can be used in a light or very mid weight type shoes.

These insoles are a fine size for a women's size 11 sandal but you have to cut the part where the toe post is to fit it in. They have no cushioning At All! I was expecting some but I guess all these provide is moisture wicking power but I can't attest to that because I chose not to use them because there's no padding. If you have a smaller foot your gonna have to cut these to size but it shouldn't be a problem because they're so thin.

I have genetic sweaty hands and feet. I’ve tried creams and my feet have always powered through and sweat will still come. I did some research and found these to try for heels since those are the hardest for me to deal with with my sweaty feet. These have changed my life!! They absorb the sweat and prevent my feet from sliding forward. All of my open toed heels have these soles now. Some I’ve worn so much more that I have to switch the sole again, which is pretty easy. If you have problem with heels because of sweaty feet try these.
