purchased to learn about Zimbabwe for planned travel there. well organized, informative, generally helpful.

Best of the guidebooks for the country, but the accommodation listings lean to the pricey side. Not a lot of info on less expensive lodgings and tour / safari companies. Lots of info on self-driving and campsites. Well written and otherwise chock-full of info.

400 pages very neatly presented, well organized by area of Zimbabwe, practical details, cautions for the new traveler, hints on what to see, where to go, maps, up to date (Fall 2016). I use this weekly in planning my trip to Zimbabwe 2017.

I didn't realize it was coming form England, but it got here in plenty of time for my trip. Good to have the most current information!

This is a great book with excellent insights on a country that isn`t written enough about.

Really useful guidebook and the only one I could find for Zimbabwe. Used it to book accommodation a couple of places, as it's still hard to book things through the regular booking websites for Zimbabwe, and the write up in the guide book matched the accommodation spot on and the hotel contact info was all up to date so this is pretty reliable although things do change quickly. Good layout and interesting information about the country - the author clearly knows the country well and it shows.

Comprehensive guide to the country. Very difficult to write a guide to such a volatile country but this is as good as it gets. I can't wait to visit.
