I bought one of these years ago at a mall and loved it. It heated well for warmth and the fabric made the cold not to cold. The aroma from the herbs acted in a calming way and lasted for years. All of this was great, but the best part was the flaps that come down on either side which kept it seated on my shoulders.When I lost that one I searched for a new pad and tried several others on the market, but none of them really worked as well and I was left unhappy. When I finally found them on sale here I was really excited and bought one right away. It has lived up to my memories of it and I am very happy with it now.It's not just for back and shoulders, I use it for my knee, ankle, elbow, shoulders and lower back.

My wife uses hers every day. Her shoulders back and where ever is hurts. This one has more pockets to separate and keep the filler in place. Cheaper ones have fewer pockets so the filling doesn’t stay in place not allowing the heat to be constant all over. The only problem is that with heavy use the material as torn on the seams where the chambers are sown and will leak filling. It’s been fairly easy to mend, but with the materials were a little more durable. We have 4 and couldn’t get along without them. We even put a microwave oven in the bedroom to heat them at bed time.

A friend had on of these and I wore it around for a while, then I just had to get my own. It's lovely, so soothing, just the right weight, it will stay on my shoulders as I walk around. Only 1 issue for me, the aromatherapy is quite strong (I have severe allergies) so I returned it for the unscented one

I've had one of these for 10 year and love it! I have heated it up and used it at least 75 times still in great condition. It's a good quality product.My Daughter asked for one of her own for Christmas and I purchased the one shown here in Purple. The fabric is very pretty appears to be the same quality of my older one, has already been used and she loves it!

Very nice fragrance, soothing color/design. It is a bit heavier than I had imagined and a bit pricey, but I like it. I am pleased that it can used for heat or cold. I am not sure why the instructions say to store it in the freezer (other than maybe to retain the fragrance?) - if I want to use it for heat, that would not be very practical. Will be good for my tendinitis of the shoulder.

The package came the very next day and was in perfect condition. The product was exactly what was advertised. I have to say that this is probably the best type of heating pad I've ever used. I am a disabled person with advanced osteoarthritis in most of my joints I've tried many products but this one seems to work the best. Most liniments and creams are very oily and get all over the place also leaving everything damp. The dry heat from this product seems to work the best on arthritis.

I suffer from chronic back pain and other achy joints like my knees and tender shoulders too! This product is incredible ! I have used it for years , it smells amazing too like relaxing warm herbs , ladies y’all can use it for menstrual cramps too. This product is just great! It soothes achy muscles so great! I absolutely recommend it . You can use it cold too! It’s durable , I just purchased my second one and got one for my mommy too! You have to try one ! They last for ever ! Just keep it in its bag and in the refrigerator !

I have owned this product since 2010. When I'm feeling stress in my shoulders, I pop the Nature Creation microwavable pad in the microwave and then enjoy the comfort of the radiating heat. When i leave home and have forgotten to pack it, I miss having it with me.A perfect gift! Love it!

good size, could go further up neck though , -doesn't stay cold for long unlike the plastic coated packs you can buy

Great neck wrap! I ordered before the Holidays for myself and it arrived in to time. Heat it up in the microwave and it is so nice for relaxing, it also smells wonderful as a bonus!
