I had this on cassette when it was first recorded shortly have the concert in Los Angeles. I watched it live on PBS and was totally blown away by this awesome 3, I couldn't leave the room for fear of missing something. I became an instant fan after this performance, I couldn't wait for it to go on sale, my daughter gave me the cassette, so I played it all the time, but as cassettes go, they become a tangled mess after a while. I did get the DVD when it became available as well as the CD. I listened to this concert so much that I knew all of the songs as they were being performed by the tenors and had my favorites. The one that bought tears to my eyes was Pavarotti's Nessum Dorma I just couldn't hold the tears back, that performance stirred emotions in me that I didn't know I had, I was absolutely in love with this music and have been ever since. I was so happy to see Frank Sinatra in the audience and the tenors paying tribute to him with My Way a truly memorable moments. I'm so happy that I have this wonderful music to enjoy and the DVD to watch again & again.

If you just enjoy Luciano Pavarotti's "Nessun Dorma" then the price of the DVD/CD will be worth the money.

The concert realized in LA as part of the celebrations of the World Cup in 1994 is one of the finest spectacles that took place during the last century. On July 16th three of the most celebrated artists the world has given : Pavarotti, Domingo & Carreras together with Zubin Mehta displayed all their art, virtuosity and magnificence and the world just applauded them......The Cd highlights are imho "Nessum Dorma" by Pavarotti, Domingo's interpretation of "Granada", "With a Song in my Heart" by Carreras and the part of the show in which the 3 Maestros join their wonderful voices : "A Tribute to Hollywood", "Around the World", "La Donna e Mobile" & "Libiamo Ne'Lieti Calici" .....I hghly recommend this Cd !

This is a brilliant album, front to back. They covers opera to show tunes and there's never a dull moment.

I love this cd. It's everything that I had remembered from the TV special. Glad I finally purchased it. Ive really enjoyed listening to it.

Fast and a good value to replace a CD left in a CD player in the car 8 years ago.
