FRAMES BY POST 25mm Black Photo Picture Poster Frame with White Mount 50 x 70cm For Pic Size 24" x 16" (Plastic Glass)

I ordered these frames back on the 14th December ready for some pictures I had asked for as my Christmas presents. When they arrived, I checked the box wasn't damaged, opened one end and saw they were wrapped in bubble wrap so left them packed up until today 27/12/21. I have unpacked the frames to put my pictures in and I am so disappointed. Firstly, one of the mounts that were sent loose in the box has a big semi-circle indent in one edge. Secondly, all the frames are so flimsy; with the slightest pressure mid-point along the longest edge, the frames nearly bow enough that the back board can come out past the securing tabs in the frame. Finally, one of the frames.... (one of the three I ordered and the only one I've unwrappedso far) has knocks in two of its front edges meaning the outer facing of the frame and the corners look a mess. These might be ok for putting posters up in a dark pub or night club where attention to detail doesn't matter and the low light would hide imperfections. I admit it's my fault for not checking more thoroughly when they arrived but as there was no evidence of any delivery damage and the price I paid, I didn't expect the quality to be this poor. I wish I could send them back. Hope the seller sees this also. I will be messaging them to complain.

Arrived chipped and the overall quality is very poor. It feels flimsy and the white mount is stark white rather than a nice soft white as in the picture. I bought it for the price so it's what can be expected, but for future work I will rather pay more for something better. I have the big size and paid £39 for it, but if I saw it in a shop I wouldn't pay more than £20.

I purchased this frame to hold an odd sized photo of my dog who I had put to sleep in December, when it arrived it was broken as had been poorly packaged and despite saying handle with care had not been by the courier, the seller was very helpful and provided a full refund after receiving photos as I couldn't wait for another to be dispatched. Even if it had not been broken I would still of requested a refund as it was very poor quality frame and not deserving of my pets photo, it would probably be suitable to hold a poster or similar but would do nothing to enhance a photo.

Took a while to find a frame for an old wedding photo but this is perfect. Measurements exactly as described. The mount is bright white on one side and an off white on the other, found the off white worked best. Well packed, very small issue was one of the pins snapped off easily but there are plenty of others to hold everything in place.

Was a little disappointed when I saw how ropey the back of the frame looked if I’m honest. But once my beautiful elephant crystal art was in it I didn’t care. It didn’t affect the sturdiness and it can’t be seen from the front. I’ve bought lots of different sized frames on Amazon as I donate my crystal art to charity fundraisers to sell and I’ve never had a bad one. The size is perfect and it enhances the picture to perfection. Thank you, I would buy again
