Simple laptop for everyday use
Like - simple ; slim ; good enough speed; not too costly; finishDislike - heating vents at bottom.. Get heated with simple tasks; no c type charger ; suitable laptop keypad silicon cover not available.. Cover is not smooth so not easy to put laptop skin cover without lots of bubblesFor - students ; workplace reception for light work

Simple laptop for ordinary use
This is a laptop for simple day to day use. I use it for light tasks e.g. browsing the internet, working on office documents, reading PDF and epub books and documents & watching videos.Things I like:- This laptop is capable enough for the tasks mentioned above.- I got it for a reasonable price of around 32.5 K which I think is quite alright nowadays when the cost of electronic goods has gone through the roof.- I wanted a DELL laptop since my previous experience with DELL laptops has been good and they do tend to last for a few years.- It is a light laptop, around 1.6 kg, which is helpful in carrying it around.- Battery life is around 4 to 5 hours when I'm working on documents.- This comes with a MS Office 2021 Home & Student version perpetual license which is a huge plus.- The Full HD screen is quite good for indoor work.- 8 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD is good for the price I got this.Things I dislike about this laptop:- It runs hot at times, maybe Ryzen 3 is not that efficient in keeping the CPU temperature down.- The air vents are strangely positioned and you can feel the hot air from the CPU on your fingers when typing since the air is channelled up from below the open screen position.- The built quality is not as good as I expected, DELL Vostro laptops in the past have been far more robust.- The keyboard seems to be somewhat flimsy so I'm not sure how long it will last with heavy usage.

Loved it
The media could not be loaded. Budget laptop loaded with nice features.1- Good for daily usage and browsing.2. I watched some movies in Netflix and amazon primeDisplay is nice..3- Volume is above average ( Not so good )if you are attending interviews or meetings, watching movies then i would suggest an external speaker or headset.4- looks good, easy to hold. It has nice firm grip.Overall a good product from Dell

Amazon services are too bad
Product quality is too bad..... I am facing lots of issues..... Heating issue, slow functioning.... Again I am totally disappointed on Amazon service. I return this product on 27th August 2022 and the product reached to the seller on 30th August 2022. But till 07. September 2022 I am not getting my refund amount..... Costumer care just give me excuses..... Too bad services given by Amazon.....

Recommend
I would like to recommend this laptop. Its good one as per configuration used for engineering tools. With dell I will trust for hardware side. And its configuration matches basic need of engineering tools easily
