I can't really say anything about the flavor or moisturizing because I haven't tested them. I got these to go with the chapstick holders I'm making as stocking stuffers - but they look to be in good condition. Unlike the image on the product page these actually came as several 3 packs bundled together. But they came quickly and I have no complaints.
