These are just the best!
A lot of trial and error have led me here.These are the best for overnight. Coupled with an id expert insert, this combo can cope with anything.Wish the ones from the local authority were half as good, as it's still an expense for the user.

Best for daytime wear
I bought these for my father who is doubly incontinent. Because the pads hold up to 3450mls, I assumed this meant that they could hold this much in fluid/weight. For the most part, they were ok, however at night he needed to wear 2 or the sheets would be wet in the morning.

These really really keep you dry at night. The best I've used.

Bought these for my Mum, she has been using pads provided by the care team sometimes needing up to 3 pads a night, although these work out more expensive to buy, she can go through the night with just one pad, so all in all they’re cheaper and they’re helping her get a better nights sleep, would definitely recommend.
