Poor English, poorely written
This book was printed on demand on cheap/recycled paper. One-third is written using Sanskrit/Tantra terms, 'presuming' that the reader keeps all these words in an active vocabulary. The author, being said to have been teaching math - should have learnt better (through his career) - i.e. how to write for the reader/student instead for himself. May be there is a value in the material, but it is difficult to perceive due to the above and also poor composition. It made me think what might be the education in India if MATH PROFESSORS are of this quality?! I am still looking for a good basic book about Kriya..

Dr. R.Kumar's book
I read this book with great expectation but was totally disapoonted. It merely describes few yogic steps. For real KRIYA one should refer to original methods given by Lahiri Mahashay,YOGANANDA or shri shri Ravishankar Guruji.
