Had to return because for the price I thought It would have the code. It did not but the book was is good shape

I ordered this book new for my OB/Peds class. But I’ve lost over 100 pages out of the book that I’ve had to hole punch and put in a binder because the binding came undone and they fell out. Now it’s starting to affect the other pages around those pages anytime I have the book open to read and study. Makes me nervous to even want to use it since it just gets worse each use of the book.

Book arrived damaged and with pages from chapter 9 being torn (with parts torn out).

The book is in excellent condition. Pages aren't ripped, cover looks great, no marks in the book. But the book is missing chapters 28-33 and I'm at the end of my rental period with final coming up.
