The original front wheel on my Polaris 280 was 'wobbly' and making the sweep constantly turn left regardless of how I oriented the rear jet.Installing this replacement fixed the issue instantly and now the sweep moves about the pool as designed. I have been using it for about 2 months now, hopefully it will last a bit. Being an aftermarket part, I was a bit hesitant, but it works great, and saved a ton of money over the OEM parts.Installation was a bit of a chore. You have to remove the overall cover and then shift it over to allow access to the screw that attaches the axle, and it's a bit cumbersome, but that's Polaris' original design problem -- not the makers of this part.

Install was easy but did not work enough

Didn't cost me my spleen, but none of these parts are very inexpensive. Maybe for 2 or 3, but for 1. Meh it is what it is. They had a part I needed, i bought and replaced. Kind of tired of replacing parts on this $600 pool sweep however, but hey I have to spend the same on a replacement, so maybe I spend $600 on parts for this old pos and then wake up one morning and think, " wth did you do?"

The wheel arrived and fit the Polaris perfectly. It came with the mounting bracket, bearings and rubber tire. It was fully assembled.

I have been replacing parts on my Polaris 280 for quite some time as the OEM breaks. This wheel replacement worked well. I recommend.
