Product was in good condition and I had use the product it was genuine product. It filters water good.

Product is good. But Received without floater and wrench.

We Bought 4 of these new cartridge. Both from Eureka Forbes website and also from Amazon. Both product had issue. In One week it stopped filtering. After complaint Aquaguard Engineer came, he cleaned the filter paper , washed it took 200₹ and left. Lasted only for 5 days. No one is taking responsibility of this product. I am updating my review today to inform all customer how serious this issue is. Now my product stop filtering every two week. From two week it has now reached to two days. You must be wondering how I am using this product even after it stopped working. Well I will open the filter and I will wash the filter paper and the cartridge. To wash the cartridge you have blow air while putting water inside the cartridge. Now I have turned myself into "fook master" Aquasure. Every day my responsibilities is to apply fook in filter. Note you Aquasure I will not buy new filter, even if I buy I will buy a new one and not from you guys. If required I will innovate my own filter . You people refuse to provide any warranty or support is like biggest fraud of your life. How can you guys be so pathetic.
