Must Read
Purchased this morning on logos and devoured it. Couldn't put it down. Excellent rebuttal to the idea that we are all priests of the "order of Melchizedek" and really does an incredible job of expouding upon the functionality of Jesus as our High Priest by oath. Loved it.

Great Read On Christ's Priesthood
"Face To Face With God" is a great read for anyone wanting to learn more how Jesus Christ acts as our Mediator and Priest throughout the Bible. Around 140 pages, the book covers many topics , including:- God's portable sanctuary in the wilderness as described in Exodus.- Layout and environment of the tabernacle.- How the high priest interacted with God in the tabernacle.- Description of the high priest's Old Testament sacrifices.- Jesus Christ's priesthood.- How followers of Jesus Christ are be made in His likeness. After reading enough of this book, here's what to like about the title:- Very well written.- Excellent organization.- Good flow from chapter to chapter.- While an academic title, the book is easy to understand.- Very good bibliography.- Good discussion questions at the end of the book.- Excellent scripture index.Very good title and recommended.
