I have bought 4 of these! They are great computers, come with everything you need, ship and deliver fast and the price cannot be beat. The set up is fast: unbox, hook up, turn on, let is set up/load, plug in little wifi stick, put in cd and run. The computers were ready to use in less than 15 mins. We use the computers in our preschool and schoolage rooms, the kids love to play the abc mouse on them and the older kids play minecraft. I would definitely buy more in the future!!!!

Transaction went smoothly. Timely delivery. Son was ecstatic when the computer arrived. It's not fancy but is a good computer for the price. I was a bit disappointed about getting a Del monitor. They did say brand may vary tho. Del just can't keep up with an HP. Not a good match. BUT, everything works splendidly. All proper cords came with it as well as the wifi chip plug in. It really was easy to set up. Plug and play. Everything we received in the box: desktop tower, monitor, mouse, keyboard and wifi plug in all work perfectly. He can do games, videos and some MMOs but the Del monitor has a hard time keeping up. Only reason I'm giving it four stars. Don't put Del with anything but another Del. They just can't pull the weight. Otherwise, it's a hard deal to beat.

My worst Amazon purchased ever! This computer out of the box had a broken Mouse. It stopped working after about 6 hours of operation. I discovered the original shipping point was close to my office and it took weeks to work out that I could bring the computer to them. They supposedly repaired the computer but when it was returned the wireless internet never worked. Frustrated it took me another 3 or 4 weeks to connect it via Ethernet and it worked for about 2 days. And then the picture above is what you see every time the computer restart. I honestly I'm going to take the computer back and tell them to keep it and ask them to please don't make another product. I'm usually a nice guy but this is been very frustrating I've not gotten more than one to 4 hours of actual work out of this computer. Spend the extra money and get a real computer

I bought this package for my in-laws as a Christmas gift. It arrived quickly and worked perfectly right out of the box. Set-up was a breeze, with menus to step you through the process. Windows 10 came pre-loaded, requiring only entry of the product key code found on a sticker located on the side of the PC. I was so pleased with this purchase I bought another computer from this company for myself. For the second purchase I wrote to them with a question about the delivery and they were very prompt and very helpful. It seems this company is in it for the long haul. Highly recommended.

The computer was surprisingly good but I did run into problems and one of them im currently trying to fix. One being I had to open the computer because it said disk error or system error because the hard drive wasnt fully connected (it was loose). 2nd problem (which im trying to deal with) being the sound. When going on YouTube and gmod the sound wouldn't sound right when people were talking (on both) I would hear quite mumbles even when the volume was put all the way up. So I have 3 options send it back, have it inspected and repaired, or try using Bluetooth by buying a Bluetooth USB

This is the HP Elite 3.0 GHz 4 GB Ram desktop computer with an HP monitor, HP key, and mouse. I received the product in the mail very fast within 3 days and was very happy with the packaging for the price. Everything works as it should and couldn't get any happier. The WIFI is fast enough not to lose my mind over it and its even faster then my Dad's semi newer Dell desktop computer that he got 8 years ago. For the price and everything working as it should on the first day I'm happy.

I'm very happy with this computer, everything was included, including a wireless adapter. It works great, and I did not have to buy any cables or anything else to hook it up and start using it. The monitor I received is square, rather than a widescreen monitor, I may later on get another monitor, but it is fine for now for what I use it for, I have no complaints.

The product is great for web applications and pretty much nothing else. The only good thing is that it's cheap. The wifi adapter that comes with it is so slow that even downloading Chrome took several tries. I have to run a Cat5e cable to complete the download and forget the wifi.But then, again, what can you expect from two hundred bucks for a PC, monitor, mouse and keyboard, taxes and delivery included?If you want this just to do web apps over hardwire, it's OK. Otherwise, get something better and spend more.

Excellent desk top, exactly what I needed. It was above my expectations for the price I paid. Highly recommend for those in need of a desk top on a budget. Came with everything I need for my university.

Computer runs slow - it was pretty scuffed up. The wireless USB can't seem to handle 30mb internet speed. CD drive gets stuck. It does work though and shipped fast. Would t order a second one
