Great product! Bad service.
The fan worked for a few months and then the remote did not work unless you brought it very near to the panel.I called customer care. They came late and then said that the problem was with the remote(not the board as I thought) and that I have to buy a new one(not covered in warranty). They said they did not have stock and that they will get back to me when they have it, which they didn't.Then new problems started. The fan would start and stop, oscillate, increase and decrease speed automatically. I called them again and they came late again, but agreed that the problem is with the board, but that there was no stock and postponed it again for many days.Finally when I called again, they replaced the board and since then, it is working perfectly.The fan has 3 speeds. The wind delivery is good even in the first level. There is noise from the fan(wind noise), but I prefer to have noise as that will block other sounds.1st speed 50dB2nd speed 55dB3rd speed 60dBThe remote is very good and will work even at a long distance and at any angle(as long as there is line of sight.)I fully recommend it, but make sure it is working properly.

Wall fan is providing good air supply.
This wall fan provides good ear flow and sufficient for good sleep. But noise is on higher side and it is not silent fan.

Poor product, no service available, no way to warranty claims
I have purchased Orient Electric Wall- 49 Wall Fan with Remote & Automatic Speed Control | Wall Fan with Tilt & Oscillation mechanism | Remote with Display Panel & Timer | 2-year warranty by Orient | Crystal White through amazon.On 14 may i have registed a complaint/ repair/service through u r toll free customer care number. More than 10 times i called the customer care. But no result.Till now no one call me for service. I choose u r company as a good manufacturers. But u r action inthis regard is too poor.
