Unfortunately these did nothing for me, no lift or fuller look. I am a more mature woman, 63 yrs young, and with age have lost the firmness and lift in my breasts. I workout 3-4 times a week at the gym as well as at home on days not at gym. So I am in great physical shape, toned and trim. When I go out with my husband like to wear ladylike yet sexy clothing. And I still wear a bikini. Yet my breasts no longer fill out my bikini top even tho it's an underwired push up top. I was a 34 D until the last few years, now am inbetween a C & D cup, a C being too small but not fully filling out a D cup especially at top. I was hoping these inserts would do the trick of lifting and pushing my breast up and give some cleavage, but they did nothing. It almost looked the same as without the inserts. I think these would work for those with still firm full breasts, just not for me.
