Celia, a Slave (Gender and Slavery)

Know this before you buy it- if you are buying it to read it and read it alone, it will be a bit of a rough read thanks to the amount of detail that is on the case, noting economic and social standings with many of the minor individuals for the case. This however, makes it an outstanding source to utilize for writing on the subject, and the research done is outstandingly in depth.

Couldn't read this book because the pages were small and the print was tiny and it gave me a headache. I care about the subject matter and want to learn more but not from this publication.
