Mossy Oakmens Camo Hunting Face Mask, Hunting Neck Gaiter

This is SUPER thin with ventilation for your breath. This is my early fall and late spring spring gator. Anytime we get above average temps this is stuffed in my right cargo pocket.

I got this for work as they require a mask or neck gaiter to pull up as needed.I like that this is really easy to breathe through! It is not constricting like a mask is, although I prefer nothing to have to breathe through. It's very lightweight. I like the Mossy Oak brand and that it's camouflaged pattern, so I could wear it hunting if I wanted. It's soft enough. I hand washed it in Woolite before trying it out, although the washing instructions said that you can machine wash it in cold water, which is handy, but it seems delicate.The adjustment to tighten is with a drawstring type mechanism that uses one of the pulls that you have to push down on the little button to make it work back and forth. There's a little elastic piece that goes over the bridge of your nose (I suppose). The drawstring is in the back naturally, but it just feels a little awkward adjusting it without seeing exactly what I'm doing. It'll just take getting used to. Since I will not be wearing it up over my nose most of the time, I would rather have a tightening mechanism a little easier to have stay in one position of tightness or be able to adjust it some other way. This is my only complaint.While it seems like it should be very easy to tell how this is worn, there are no instructions with this and I've never had a neck gaiter before. For $14.99, at the time of this review, it seems a pretty decent price for a brand name neck gaiter that appears like it will last.

For this to work, you will need to zip up that jacket all the way as it does not taper to go low on neck or tuck down into shirt. But it was light and comfy to wear, easy to breath through, I did not put it through the paces out in the woods yet, but will be wearing it when I get mail this winter on the wheeler, snow is already here, so no real need to wear camo as all the leaves are gone. What I hope for is in the cold of winter if it breaths so well that perhaps it will not fog up the glasses as much as those that are thicker and your breath sneaks up instead of out. Will update when the cold hits.

As soon as I saw this Mossy Oak product (or if I ever see any Mossy Oak product for that matter) on Amazon, I immediately ordered this; Mossy Oak is one of my go-to brands for outdoor gear.The only thing I'm a little lost about is the product packaging says the following two things and I don't see that (from what I understand) this product has these design features:"Rear shockcord adjustment""Silicone nose gripper keeps mask in place"Otherwise, one size fits most is a good fit for me and this product, and I'll definitely be using it as part of my usual outdoor gear!
