Decent product
I got this as a gift from a friend, and I found that it was a little dull. I have one of the hand held kook sharpeners, so that wasn’t a problem for me. I’ve yet to get anything on it by itself, but I’ve gotten a ton of pike and bass to eat it by putting a mister twister 2 inch curly tail grub in white. Use it as a trailer and you will get some. It resembles several species perfectly, such as perch, creek chubs, shiners, shad, and more. It has a perfect swaying action in the water and the curly tail makes it even better. I also noticed slight issues with the guard being too ridged to set the hook properly, so I bent a slight curve into it as well as trimming it back slightly. Great lure, even after over a century of being created

Best spoons you can buy, don't need to worry over weed, buy the gold they catch more.
Best spoons you can buy. I normally purchase these in Walmart when on holiday in the USA and they are deadly in the sea from boat and shore. Tried them from the rocks in weed for mackerel, pollack etc and they are brilliant without worrying about snags in the weed, highly recommend them. My only complaint is you can't buy these Johnston spoons over the counter in the UK, dealers are missing out with this spoon, the gold is best and catches more.
