The tablets are very good, I take them for my prostate and they do help.

For some reason these seem to have doubled in size, when I first started buying they were very easy to swallow capsules but now they are a lot larger

Pretty good product. Most sterols are pretty expensive though these are reasonably priced but the quality hasn't been compromised. The packaging has just been redesigned hence my image. I guess we only know if they work if our cholesterol levels go do 😂

Two years of perseverance has resulted in absolutely no reduction in my cholesterol levels at all. This year's annual Health MOT blood tests have resulted in an increase from 5.5 last year to an unexpected 6.1 this year and after all my lifestyle improvements and misguided confidence in plant sterols, I am necessarily now on the Statin regime which I had hoped to avoid. Don't waste your time and money; the supplement route is an absolute con.
