Received chair today. The list assist function and remote recliner feature work well. The chair isn't as large as I expected based on my previous recliner (over-size, non remote/lift assist) and the fact that the chair is rated for up to 450 pounds. The seat is rather shorter than I expected as is the length when the feet are reclined. In my prior chair my feet were fully supported when reclined, in this chair, the support is only to about my ankles. I don't think this would be a comfortable chair for a tall person . Also, the 'saddle' color is beige and lighter than pictured/expected.

Sadly, We have had many problems with this chair over the past year. Currently, the chair is stuck in the fully lifted position and we can no figure out the problem. The foam in the seating portion is miscut and seems to move around and buckle. We have had to replace the transformer portion of the plug twice already. Am trying to reach the seller to see if they have instructions how to deal with the current problem. For $1100 this is a terrible waste for an elderly person who really needs it.

I've had this chair for 2 1/2 years now, and the motor is still going strong! Having said this, I'm having a problem with a board going across the lumbar section of the back portion of the chair! I have to put cushions behind my lower back to use the reclining feature! Actually, the cushion doesn't solve the problem, it just aggravates t he pain in my back! I'm handicapped, and this chair is also my bed!

I searched and searched for my perfect chair. Physical limitations makes it difficult to shop from store to store. It was scary ordering online sight unseen and without sitting in it and testing. I trusted the reviews.The chair exceeded my expectations. Super comfortable. Smooth operations. Love it.Took about 18 day for delivery which was fine because of the white glove in house set-up. The delivery and set up went smoothly.

My previous evaluation was written when I received the recliner and was about the shipping. So to be fair now that I have had it for a while I will rate the recliner itself. Simply put, I love it. Very sturdy and comfortable. Sleeps very well. I usually end up with a broken chair in about 9 months but this one I expect to last for years. Shipping time was ridiculous but the chair is great. Definitely worth 5 stars, shipping one star.

The chair itself is everything we wanted for my tall, 225 lb. semi-disabled husband BUT it arrived with a defect, the arm structure broke the next day! It's under warranty BUT, Jackson Furniture the maker of the chair has not YET sent the parts for repairing the break... it's 3 weeks since I notified them of the problem, photos and all! UNACCEPTABLE!

I have purchased this chair many times over the past number of years. I can only give it the highest praise.

Worst chair ever it's like setting on boards and the remote has went out three time in a year and a half and has to be replaced don't buy stay away
