Seem to be working...
I've only been using these for four days and already my hot flashes and mood seems to be improving. I'm taking them.in conjunction with a high quality vitamin syrup and I feel so much better in myself already for such a short time. I'm chronically ill and while I don't feel great in myself I feel brighter and more positive.

These have helped my menopausal symptoms greatly

I still had hot flashes, after using it for few weeks.
The price was good, but effectiveness wasn’t the best, I was doing much better on bigger dose of black cosh.

They seem to be working ok had to take them for a week to notice any difference but they are definitely helping with the flushes 😊
